Out of time declaration rejection
« on: »
I had 3 PCNs that I did not receive. Went to bailiffs.

It was due to loosing my home after my parents death and then major surgery cancer - still ongoing treatment and serious health issues. I was sofa surfing.  I sent off the out of time decelerations after Christmas, all returned due to completed wrong with a letter stating I needed to do again.

Sent again in May, all done correctly, with court stamp, with a supporting letters from the hospital giving all the information as well.

All 3 rejected , all 3 Islington ( I had a Camden one as well, that was cancelled immediately by Camden,  when I wrote directly to Camden with the hospital letter).

Any help or experience here would be really appreciated. I have not been able to attach a copy of the letter for one ( they are all the same form letter saying rejected).

No explanation as to why rejection. The option to get it looked at again  cost £303 or £119 ( per ticket) . Basically it looks like I’m stuffed what ever I do. I would have thought the medical evidence would be sufficient.

The post mark on the letters in 9 August, so I have a few more days to ask it to be looked at again, but what is the point?

Sorry to hear you've had and are having a difficult time.

You've had some applications refused and seeking advice 0n what to do.

But you haven't shown us what was rejected?

That's not true. There are various possibilities if you give us a chance.

Oh ok, I’ll see if I can work out how to post a photo or scan of the letter. I did look at the , before you post and saw various ways to do it, but I’m not very tech savvy. I was designed and built before the internet.

Me too nut I can talk you through Flickr, which is the one I use.
You first need the images as files on your PC or phone.
