Just to update everyone. Hearing was set for 16/07. However, LT emailed me to state TH will not be contesting the appeal! So a WIN!

@H A Anderson, I’m hoping you’re not a judge or something of the sort as you’ll condemned everyone to prison! It seems you think you’re some sort of detective and it’s condescending and unhelpful. Try believing people on face value rather than always being negative, suspicious and pessimistic. It’ll do wonders for your life!
