Northolt rd, JCT Alexandra Avenue
« on: »
Hey,

Received a PCN from harrow council for being in bus lane. As it changes from timed bus lane to anytime I think that’s what confused me, also I believe bus lane signs are hardly visible after the entry, bus lane being so short there is not enough time to manoeuvre around.
Do I have any chances to successfully appeal this? I have made the representations to the council and my last day if 14 days discount period. Which will most likely get refused, is there any point taking this further to tribunals?

Many thanks in advance for reading this and any replies.

Regards,
Muhammad

I AM ABLE TO TAKE ON MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. I HATE RETIREMENT.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
