I appealed as advised stating that there is no sufficient evidence.
They've come back with the below, which is waht I anticipated they would.
https://ibb.co/YTJr8zd5https://ibb.co/xq50TqYzI am not sure if there is a leg to stand on, as the signage is directly infront of where the car was parked, while the CEOs pictures do not show this, it would not be difficult for the council to take a photo showing the signage in relation to the car.
Hippocrates. You mentioned case YS 05292C which was overturned with similar reasons, however while some similarities, the key factor was the council sent in new images with signage but failed to show it in relation to the where the car was parked, had they done this the case would not have been overturned. Redbridge council have already stated where the car was parked and mentioned there was a sign directly adjacent to it, all they'll have to do is send a photo or even a GSV which is easily done in the follow up appeal, which would show the distance and relation between the two?
Also surely it can be argued that the owness is on me to look for the nearest sign/machine, seeing as there are clearly marked bays, otherwise everyone can just park and walk away pleading ignornace to a sign?
