Hi all

Just come across this website, I hope you can help.

We have received PCN from Newham Council for contravention 29J:Failing to Comply with a one-way restriction.

My wife turned on East Avenue from Sibley Grove near East Ham underground station and while looking for parking on East Avenue she reversed car into no entry section(about two/three car length) of road without realising or see no entry sign from car and parked in the parking bay.

I was thinking to challenge it as she did not drive in wrong direction, but not sure if they would accept it. Any advice would be appreciated.
