So the photo of a car in a bus lane on the PCN is not your car ?

Please describe your journey which took you along Newham Way E13, as the PCN suggests you did.

Was travelling along A13 Newham way E6 westbound
Took left slip road towards Beckton & purposefully kept to the right side of the bus lane. The pictures on the pcn only show 1 picture with registration number surrounded by pitch black darkness & the 2nd picture just 2 headlights in the bus lane with no registration number.

OK, so the bus lane is well-marked and has the requisite signs, and you say you drove to the right of it. Their only evidence is a video of the event. You can normally view this on their website, so have you done so ? If you take them to London Tribunals, this will be the evidence they rely on, so it does need to show your car in the bus lane. Note that just being partly in the bus lane is sufficient for them to serve a PCN.
