The first notice of the PCN I have received was a Notice of enforcement dated 3 February 2025 from CDER Group and delivered via post on 6 February 2025 and had no knowledge of the contravention prior to this (I have not moved and the borough and DVLA have my correct address). I submitted a PE2 and PE3 to TEC on 10 February 25.
I have now received a 'NOTICE OF OBJECTION OF ACCOUNT' from Lambeth opposing my PE2 (see attached). This does not set out any next steps so I do not know if I am supposed to do anything at this point or whether they are just notifying me of their position and Northampton County Court will contact me?
