My PCN was sent on 28/02/2023 which I did not receive. It is for contravention code and description 46: Stopped where prohibited (on a red route or clearway).

This was in the borough of Croydon O/S 18-28 THORNTON ROAD CR7 on 24/02/23.

This is the first time that I have been made aware of this.

I have got a copy of the letter dated 11/04/2023 and have been able to upload it.

How were you made aware?
This 'letter' is a Charge Certificate'. Normally a CC not dealt with so long after issue means big trouble.
HOWEVER

It looks like good news - Wait for the experts here to confirm.

OP, if the PCN has been paid as shown by John UK, what are you querying ? Payment closes the matter.

As above, show us the PCN and also give us the number plate please.
I practice law in the Traffic Penalty Tribunal, London Tribunals, the First-tier tribunal for Scotland, and the Traffic Penalty Tribunal for Northern Ireland, but I am not a solicitor or a barrister. Notwithstanding this, I voluntarily apply the cab rank rule. I am a member of the Society of Professional McKenzie Friends, my membership number is FM193 and I abide by the SPMF service standards.

@CP,
I think this was a trial run for this thread
