London Borough of Redbridge - 53j - Failing to comply with a restriction on Vehicles - Sydney Road, Barkingside

Hi,
Need your help urgently with this PCN. I was not aware that Redbridge has placed Restriction on Vehicles entering this pedestrian Zone; I entered the restricted zone on Sydney Road, Barkingside on 06/11/2025 at 09:06. I have attached the scanned copy of PCN, pictures and video from the Redbridge PCN website. 

I have similar posts regarding the School streets, and need your help.

but you can't use 'imgpile' anymore, because they seem to have exited the UK. Look at other posts and you'll see similar facilities.

AFAIK both

are working normally.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
