Hi everyone,
I am seeking some advice on whether I have any grounds to appeal a bus lane PCN I recently received from the London Borough of Havering. Here are the essential details of the PCN:
Council: London Borough of Havering
Contravention Code: 34j (Driving in a bus lane within the restricted period)
Location: North St/Riverside Close 34
Date of Contravention: 10/07/2026 at 16:51
Date of Notice: 17/07/2026
PCN Number: HG63099053
Vehicle Registration: EY25XXH
I have uploaded all pages of the PCN and the CCTV stills in this Google Photos folder:
PCN PhotosCould you kindly take a look at the PCN and the location to see if there are any technical flaws with the paperwork, signage issues, or if the contravention might be invalid? I want to check if it is worth making a formal representation or if I should just pay the discounted rate of £80.00 before the 14-day window expires.
