Here is link of the first letter i recieved. I think on line i saw they put a pcn sticket but when i got to car definately wasnt on there was a as stormy night.

could you wonderful people help me to get out of this, havent been living at address this was sent too for reasons as ive been away and burried my head in the sand pretty much this year to personal reasons but back now and trying to face this junk. i think having looked at this, some of it seems to be paid and a payment plan. I think my brother a while ago was working here whilst i was away and paid some as the door was open with workers here and bailif was here and it was company vehcile outside that he was driving of mine. so i think a payment was plan in place for this and this is balance. where do i stand with getting out this and possibly getting some back or does it make sense to clear balance when i can and wipe my mouth with it.

Thanks

@Incandescent

As they are three separate PCNs, three disparate authorities and three different Bailiffs I am not inclined to merge them.

You seem to be in such a huge mess here that my advice is to contact bailiffadviceonline as I said earlier.

NoE issued 28 Nov. 2024 with final payment date at this Compliance stage of 11 Dec. 2024. Debt £280.

You* entered into a payment arrangement upon which they allege you reneged causing them to wrote to you on 10 Jan. 2025 for the outstanding balance of £215, £65 having been paid. Again at Compliance stage.

If they have moved to Enforcement then a further £235 would now be owed, debt £450. They could seize your* goods.

No idea where you are in this process, but as bailiffs make their money from fees then it's unlikely that they would have given up.

Your ONLY options to halt enforcement are to pay and submit Out of Time application to the Traffic Enforcement Centre.

Perhaps you already have. Anyway, without much more info we're blind.

*- who is 'you'? The word 'Ltd' is written on the notice dated 10 Jan. 2025.
