TfL - 46 Red Route, Wrong Street Name on PCN.
« on: »
I started a thread about this PCN back in March on Pepipoo but that's down at the moment so I can't refer back to what was on there.

Is there a way to see what I wrote in my I initial appeal to TfL? I only have a few days left to make reps so can't wait for them to reply to an email.

I'd like to repeat verbatim what I wrote in my informal reps, since they never replied to it and just sent me a NtO instead.

Just say you repeat and rely on your informal challenge
I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.

I'm trying to make formal representation on the TfL website via the link stated in the NtO but I cannot find an option to challenge, only to pay. Can anyone help?

Post it in as this happens sometimes on TfL. As a precaution use the signed for service.

@Londoner please give us the PCN number and the number plate, there is a systemic issue that affects all TFL PCNs and I'd like to check if it impacts your case as well.

Also please post up all the paperwork you've received, as per the guidance here.
