LBN - parked slightly out of box with washed out yellow line

Hi all

Got a PCN outside my house by parking slightly outside of a washed out yellow line.
Here's a screen shot of two pics, whereas the one from the side clearly shows the offence, the one from the back of the car is definitely not so clear, so I wondered if I have a leg to stand on?


Unfortunately I have messed up the challenge by objecting the the time not the out of parking space issue, as I misunderstood it. So I have only tribunal to go through if I feel I have a good case, any advice greatly appreciated. This is in Newham council if it makes any difference - apparently the council with most PCN issued countrywide!

Post the PCN, your challenge and their rejection.

Have you got an NTO or did you only challenge at this stage.
