Hi all,

Grateful for any advice please. I've received an NTO in the post for being parked in a shared bay (permit and P&D) in Richmond and displaying no ticket. There was no PCN on return to the vehicle so it must have been taken by someone/blown away so the NTO is the first I heard of the contravention, therefore I've also missed out on the discounted period.

I've noticed the ticket states location as 'Richmond Green', however the vehicle was parked on 'Pembroke Villas', outside numbers 2&3 which is the perpendicular road of the square. The GPS location shown on the evidence photos pin points my vehicle exactly to this location too. It's possible to match this using Streetview to the houses shown in the background of the case photos.

Would this be an easy 'contravention did not occur' as the vehicle was not parked on 'Richmond Green' at the time?
