Picking up whom or what? For how long and from where?

Are you a PHV driver?

Assisted boarding is an exemption.

How old and was she ready to go?

No observation means you can just say as long as necessary and not volunteer time.

Kids sleepover, 10yr old, ready to go. Short period of time approx 5mins.
