Hey guys, I've just received a PCN for this in the post and I've had a look around the web and this seems to be quite a popular place for people getting this sort of fine. Not only do I think it is a ridiculous thing to be fined for but I'm torn as I definitely thought I had enough time to go under the bridge as the car was still quite a while away, but I am quite a new driver so maybe I am in the wrong and should just pay up? Please let me know what I should do and If I can appeal. I am the BLUE VOLKSWAGEN.

Yes, no video. You'll need to contact them on Monday to get it put up as it's the only way to judge. The pics look like it may be deemed a contravention but can't say for sure.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

@Hippocrates @stamfordman can't find a contact number anywhere to get this video. also after looking more at their website 'make an informal appeal' , it says 'You cannot make an informal challenge against a moving traffic or postal PCN'. do you think this is even worth pursuing?

Until we see the video, we can't tell if it's worth pursuing. I would have thought the video would be on-line on their website by now, but it's not, just photos at the moment. These are, of course, frames from the video.

amittedly only from the still...
looking at the position of the oncoming vehicle, while the OP is about to exit the restriction, it doesn't appear to be anywhere near the priority sign

I contacted both email addresses but still yet to receive a response. I also am losing time to make the discounted £65 payment so should I just take the hit or wait for a response? or is it a loophole the fact that they've not uploaded any video evidence yet and just photos?
