I recieved a PCN from entering a no access road while on shift for Amazon in my own car as I'm self employed and I was delivering parcels. I entered a road where restrictions lifted at 7pm and I entered at 6:37. I appealed the PCN and im wondering would I stand a chance on this appeal as I had a package to deliver onto that road and I was unable to access it without entering the road. My navigation instructed me to turn onto the road and due to the low visibility of the time of the offence as well as a tree obstructing part of the sign. I was unable to fully see the sign.

Who were you delivering to? We've looked at this one before and there is only a school and cemetery I think, both accessible without breaching the restriction.

We can look at the PCN if you post it.
