Author Topic: Haringey, Code 53 entering pedestrian zone, Falkland Road N8 (Junction with Green Lanes)  (Read 480 times)

Falkland Road has a primary school situated half way up the road and is a pedestrian zone from Mon-Fri, 8:30-09:15am and 3:00-3:45pm.

I didn't notice the signage as I took a right turn off Green Lanes into Falkland Road.

Reckon I can mount a robust challenge on the basis that the signage at the entrance of Falkland Road is too square on when approaching from Green Lanes and/or that there are no other warnings of the upcoming pedestrian zone on Green Lanes before the turn onto Falkland Road?

Many Thanks.

Not sure about the word "robust" because the signs are clearly visible for a RH turn: -

If you'd been turning left into the street your case would be stronger. However submit reps based on your proposal.
