Havering Council PCN - South St / Eastern Rd

Received a PCN with code 52M for failing to comply with a prohibition on certain types of vehicle.

I have no idea where I’ve gone wrong and the PCN shows no proof of signs etc.

PCN attached.

Can someone advise on what this is regarding to and how I can appeal it please

Well, here is the junction of South St and Eastern Road. Does this look familiar to you at all ?

This view is not current, being dated April 2021, so things could have changed, but up ahead on South Street I see bus gate signs. I suspect the bus restrictions may have been made more onerous. So we really need to see the video, but you've blanked out the PCN Number and car registration.

I’ve attached the back showing reference number for the video but it won’t load for me. Let me know if it works for you?

Sorry, but we still need PCN Number and car reg. The page on the Havering website wants these as well as the Web Code
