Please post the PCN, and also post GSV link to the exact location where you parked.
If you park in a marked-out bay, then it is encumbent upon you to look for the sign governing the bay. All the bays in Oxford Road, (and there are two parts close together on either side of Woodstock Road), seem well signed to me. But lets see where you parked, and advice can then be given.
