For meaningful advice please to have a read of
https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and post here all sides of the PCN, redacting only yr name & address, together with a GSV link to the location, and any council photos/video.

EDIT post crossed with preceding.. great minds and all that :)

The PCN was only two sides, and the second side was just standard stuff about representations, and I've been through it with a fine tooth comb

There a couple of experts here (I'm not one) who are particularly good with a fine toothcomb!

One person's 'standard stuff' may be another person's winning appeal. Plus I was going to post the video.

Oh well, another has joined The Mugged Club:( There would probably have been a way out via their website issue. But, I understand that many people just do not have the time for the fight. Or go into the finer technicalities.

I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

If you do not challenge, you join "The Mugged Club".

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
