I had a ad permit and did not have to display my blue badge unfortunately this ran out around the same time I was dealing with some issues with cognitive function issues and i have a illness called pots where i faint and get dizzy if I bend over
So on Thursday I came home went to park and there was a ebike in the bay i got installed outside my home this is as southwark council have decided to instal a ebike stop next to a disabled bay I had to get out move the bike I almost passed out forgot my permit had got in my house didnt put my badge up and woke up Monday to 3 parking tickets I appealed all 3 and got told no they wouldnt drop any so im now going to tribunal and they uploaded there evidence but im terrified im about to be hit with 3 fines they want 160 pounds for Thursday friday and Saturday each so 480 in fines beacuse I moved the ebike and nearly fainted and didnt display my valid badge each pcn is minutes after a 24 hour period and they have photos I sent them my valid blue badge i sent them proof of my illnesses and even proof im going through alot with emergency brain mris for short term memory loss and such and cognitive issues and they wont back down how is this even legal ? Surely no judicator will see this as fair 2 tickets will be heard in one day and another in February im absolutely beside myself the car wasnt moved at all during this time to i didnt go out at all wich ive said and funny enough theh removed that ebike stop due to all the issues it was causing
