Free Traffic Legal Advice

Hello,

I have received a PCN for a no right turn on Fulham Palace Road, onto Greyhound Road. I did not see any signage for no right turns and would like your help if possible in appealing.

I believe the signage was inadequate - as I did not see the signs when making the turn -

I have since looked on Google Maps, and wondering if I should go back and take photos / videos of my own to support my appeal?

The signage is well before the turning and on the left - and I missed it. There are no road markings on the road I turned into that indicate you cannot turn into the road. There is also no sign near the road entry to alert me to the contravention.

Looking on google maps there appears to be one outside sainsbury's but I didn't see it as it was not near the turning.

If you agree with me, would you be able to help me wth how to word this please? Many thanks.

thanks - appreciate that - I think its poorly signed as in, not near the road to turn into. I was late to a charing x hospital appointment so probably a bit stressed too.
