Thank you so much for your reply. I just draft the challengebut I haven’t posted it yet.
I have until tomorrow to do that if you could give me some thought of what I can put within the challenging letter, be much appreciated

Hi all
I receive a PCN outside my house ON THE 05/06/2025 at 07.28 and the following contravention stated 02a parked loading unloading in a restricted street we are waiting and loading unloading restrictions are in force
PCN was issued at 7:28 in the morning and the residence permit holders starts at 8 o’clock in the morning and finishes at 9 o’clock at night also to mention that I am a residence where the PCN was issued. I have made and appeal but it was rejected and i was issued with an NTO. Any help and thought would be much appreciated as i would like to challenge it again

i would also like to mention that the resident parking permit sign was not covered due to its suspension

Nothing has changed. The council are still in the wrong. You can just deny the contravention and point out that unless they make an order suspending the bays they can't create a restricted street or you can get me to do it for you - email mrmustard@zoho.com and I will also deal with the tribunal when the council inevitably reject a perfect representation.

I now ask people to donate £40 directly to the hospice before I start.
