Hi. This is a little convoluted.
I got a TFL PCN for parking in a loading bay in Wandsworth a few minutes before 10am. I needed to park my van, and there was nowhere else, so I got a ticket.
I forget about the ticket so it went up to the full amount. £160.
I appealed it which they rejected, so I paid it on the 11th of October this year.
My van is a work van which is rented from Enterprise.
Yesterday, I got an email from work saying Enterprise had paid and invoiced work for it, so I had to pay it.
I don't know when Enterprise paid the fine, but they paid £80, so it's obvious that they paid within the 14 day period.
When I checked the details, I saw its the same PCN.
So Enterprise had already paid it, but TFL saw fit to still demand that I pay, which I consider fraud as their records must have known it was paid.
I have appealed this once more, but I was just wondering what the odds are of them refunding my £160?
