Hi , and thanks for any help that you can give.

The requirement is to give way to oncoming vehicles, all very well except cars can turn into Salters Hill at the bottom of the road, and the camera is set at such an angle that even if a car is just turning/ has just turned onto Salters Hill, it looks as if any car which has passed the give way signs and is approaching the bridge hasn't given way.

In my case I had given way to the white van as showing the central photo on page 2, and then moved off from the give way markings. At the same time as I approached the bridge the blue car turned left onto Salters Hill, therefore looking as if I had not given way.

The first photo on page 2 shows how close I was to the T junction at the bottom of the road when the blue car passed me, beyond the bridge.

The first photo on page 1 indicates quite clearly that I was well under the bridge by the time that the blue car approached it and it is this car that Lambeth allege that I did not give way to.
