Failing to drive in direction shown by the arrow on a blue sign(Proceeding in the wrong direction)

I got this PCN for failing to drive in the direction shown. I canīt remember seeing any arrow probably due to blockage. The video attached by Westminster arenīt showing so very difficult for me to know why I did not see the arrow. Please any help on how to go about appealing this case will be appreciated. Please screenshot 1 for the PCN letter.

except in your photo the only small directional sign at the junction shows that road blocked off.

The photos are screenshots from Westminster evidence. There was a car parked before the sign based on the picture. But this will be clear from a video evidence. Unfortunately the video evidence is not showing.

Regarding the contravention there is an advance turn left sign as well as the one on the corner at the junction but this location crops up a fair few times at the tribunal. Some appeals are allowed for roadworks and demos.
