PCN GX19240436
« on: »
I was trying to get access to Higham Road but LTN in the way so I turned around and drove a bit further to try and turn right and could not. I finally got to this right turn but instead of turning right in to White Hart Lane  I did a u turn  code 50u to go back the way I came. It is apparently a red route. I was just about to pay the reduced amount of £80 when I thought I would check Haringey camera footage but it wouldn't let me in because PCNs begin ZN and mine doesn't. If you see pcn no. I probably will have to pay but was just curious.

Kind regards
Patrick

Sounds like a TFL PCN rather than one issued by Haringey.

Have you tried entering your details here: https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/view-a-pcn#:~:text=Where%20can%20I%20find%20my,hand%20corner%20of%20the%20PCN.

If you upload a photo/scan of your PCN here (with your name and address only redacted) we'll see what we can do to help.  You may also need to call TFL to request a copy of the video evidence.

@emailpat honestly just make a one line representation saying that the contravention did not occur. TFL will reoffer the discount and mess up the notice of rejection, as held in these cases (all upheld on review):

Prem Dave v Transport for London (2240168515, 22 August 2024)
Rory Forrester v Transport for London (2240252214, 9 September 2024)
Malcolm Sawyers v Transport for London (2240257036, 24 September 2024)
Aussie Man & Van Ltd v Transport for London (224020136A, 24 September 2024)

Make the representation online and take a screenshot of the confirmation page.

Separately to that, call TFL on Monday on 0343 222 3333 and ask for the video, they will put the PCN on hold and send you a DVD in the post.

I wouldn't bother with the video as you've conceded the contravention and the signs are clear.

If CP thinks you can win with the rejection go with it.
