The turn right exemption appears to be engaged, and in any event the video doesn't show you enter the box.
What's the PCN number please?

If there are a number of grounds I would also contend, just like the bus lane situation, that the zig-zags negate the presence of a yellow box.
Might as well get a ruling by an adjudicator.

The statutory grounds of appeal are obviously, "the alleged contravention did not occur".

We need to see all pages of the Pcn. Hide only the name and address.

I help you pro bono (for free). I now ask that a £40 donation is made to the North London Hospice before I take over your case. I have an 85% success rate across 2,000 PCNs but some PCNs can't be beaten and I will tell you if your case looks hopeless before asking you to donate.

"the alleged contravention did not occur". My appeal to the council has been rejected - I now have an option to appeal to the adjudicator-
Can you kindly advice what are my options please thank you

Show us the documents please, you only need to cover up your name and address. We need to see all the pages. We cannot properly advise when so many of our challenges are technical grounds to wording if we can't see all of the wording.
