There is no legal requirement for camera signs. You must assume in large cities, and especially London, that all junctions with specific lane instructions are covered by cameras. Just to give you an idea of why this is so, you should be aware that parking and traffic penalties gives a revenue to London councils, and Transport for London of well over £600 million a year.
