Hi everyone,

I tried to be so careful. My thoughts on the day were simple, single yellow line, it was weekend. It was okay to park there, but apparently the boot of my car was slightly adjacent to a lowered kerb, enough to warrant a ticket.

PCN Number: ED44264655
Veh reg: YH11 ETU

Do I have any grounds to appeal it? The road around the corner was also closed. The yellow line was also broken.

Any ideas appreciated!

Kind regards

I think you may be largely adjacent a sloping part but a tough one to challenge.

Is it here:

Yes, that is the one. I came to pick up my car later in the evening. I even took photos of the signs and stuff when I left my car in the morning, but didn't see that my car was like a foot along a sloping kerb.

We need to see the ticket in full (redact only personal detail not reg no that is always on display@
