Could you help with the below pcn, deadline to pay reduced charge is probably today so if see any merits ,i would not pay , else i would pay the reduced charge. If I appeal , do they offer reduced rate if they reject.

So what turn did you make ? Here is the approach to the junction from the south driving on Greenford Road. Was that your direction ?  We need to know, so please tell us.
