Bide your time and hope that 28th July comes with no response (It will - I’m still waiting for a CCTV PCN issued and appealed in Feb) If you do get the notice of rejection. It is about three months, which the level at which London Tribunals have regarded as excessive, but this is not formalised in a Practice Direction, unfortunately.
