We've already had a thread on this location, but I don't know if it got to London Tribunals or not. Try a search for Derby Road.
There are advance warning signs in place for either approach direction on London Road: -

https://maps.app.goo.gl/Q6c3mTHZmmTDYgQq6plus there are cul-de-sac signs at the entrance to Derby Road, one on the same lampost as the adance warning sign, and also here: -

The problem you've got is that the video shows you driving past the Flying Motorbike signs with no hesitation at all, and there are warning signs on London Road. Do you understand the meaning of these signs ?
Frankly, I can't see any appeal argument based on inadequate or badly placed signage, so you'd be looking at a technical appeal argument based on council mismamangement of the enforcement process. Hippocrates and the administrator tend to be the experts on these, not me, so wait a bit to see if they comment. However don't miss the deadline to submit representations or pay, or it's game over.
