I think you should ask them for the PCN as we can't give full advice on reps without it. Also, the idea of the SD process is that you didn't get it!

I am aware of the SD process, hence I submitted the SD to Croydon.  I have also asked Croydon to provide a formal NOR.

The overarching issue here, is Croydon correct in saying  they don't have to warn about i.e "No Right Turn" restrictions prior to the junction "There is no requirement for advance warning signs to be in place"

I believe Croydon are incorrect.

I have set out the legal process.

Forget everything prior to TEC's revocation order.

If you have not been provided with a PCN at any stage then the ball is now in the council's court. The process starts again. You will have a chance to put your argument to the council AFTER you receive the new PCN and not before.

The council have until 3 October to serve the new PCN.

So pl stop chasing them, at this stage it's counter-productive. If they fail to serve a PCN by 3 Oct. then you win by default, so why would you want to jog their memory?

I REGRET THAT, FOR THE PRESENT, I AM UNABLE TO TAKE ON ANY MORE CASES AS A REPRESENTATIVE AT THE LONDON TRIBUNALS. THIS IS FOR BOTH PERSONAL AND LEGAL REASONS. PLEASE DO NOT PM ME UNLESS YOU HAVE POSTED YOUR THREAD ON THE FORUM AND I WILL ATTEMPT TO GIVE ADVICE.

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

Hi HC,

All noted and understood thanks.

For you information TEC have not issued a revocation order. When I contacted TEC they advised that Croydon had not lodged the PCN with them. Since then I have been emailing Croydon Parking directly, so I doubt I will received the PCN by October 3rd.
