Hi Everyone,
I have received a council PCN placed on windscreen (parked in residents bay without a permit) and the CEO's printer is partially out of ink and some of the text is missing throughout the ticket? Contravention location address incomplete, written description of the offence incomplete and PCN number at top of PCN incomplete although it is shown in full at the bottom of PCN
Can you please advise if any of the above would be grounds for appeal?
