Council PCN
« on: February 04, 2025, 07:03:02 pm »
The driver received a letter to his old address which was forwarded to him by his landlord.
It stated He parked at Bradley Stoke way southbound at 7:57. However, the driver checked his travelling history on google map for that day which shows he never parked at the stated location in the letter.

The driver was so cautious that he only parked at a Mcdonald service along his journey which was shown in his travel history around the mentioned time in the letter

What is the car VRM.

What contravention is it? A bus lane?

Presumably your landlord didn't forward the PCN in which case you can revert the process by waiting for debt recovery and filing a witness statement.

Have you updated your V5C logbook.

I suspect this is a bus lane PCN and Bristol are being their usual stupid self in putting "parking" on the Charge Certificate. There is a 24x7 bus lane on the southern part of Bradley Stoke Road: -

If there is a video to look at we need to see it, and need the PCN Number and vehicle registration. Only name and address need be redacted from that CC. Please help us to help you. If "the driver" is you there is not point in using this expression, because in all the legislation governing PCNs and their enforcement, the owner of the vehicle is responsible; is this you ?
