Contravention 01 leicester BlueBadge over time limit double yellow

Hi

I Was given this site by a friend, who said you guys might be able to see if I need to pay the PCN.

Parked with Blue Badge on double yellow lines with Blue badge displayed and clock also displayed at my arrival time.

However, I forgot to move the car and was way over the time limit.
Clock was set to 10:30 and PCN time was clocked at 15:24 with Contravention code 01.


My mistake as normally if I cant find parking, I park on double yellow and then move the car to find suitable parking, but this time I actually forgot it was on yellow lines.

Any chance of success as I need to pay today the discounted price.

and post here both sides of the unredacted PCN and a GSV link to the location.

It sounds as if you may be dependent on finding fatal errors in the small print.

Councils normally re-offer the discount in rejecting a challenge made within the discount period,

so submit online today an apologetic plea for cancellation.

Not much meat there, I'm afraid. Please post the PCN, all sides, so we can check it for fatal errors.
