I probably wont get any sympathy on this one, but i presumed it was free to enter the congestion charge zone on Sundays. As it used to be a number of years ago when i last used it.
Is it worth me explaining this to them on a Representation? also is there any possible errors on the attached PCN notice i received which could help me get this PCN cancelled ?

Grateful for any advice you can provide.

Well, a smidgeon of sympathy !! (lol)
I think in view of you rarely driving in Central London, it might be worth it submitting some representations, but this being TfL, don't expect them to roll-over. TfL seem to expect annybody in the whole of the UK to know the London CC intimately, even a bloke who's driven down from Wick to see his elderly mother before she passes away !
That is the law, unfortunately, and as we all know with zones like this, the law is an ass !

So submit reps and post-up their response here when you get it.  Essentially, TfL's attitude is "Tough sh*t, we've heard it all before, so cough-up"

@DolbyAtmos there might be something that we can do with this, especially if they reoffer the discount. Can you show us a copy of what you sent please?

Apologies for the late reply, i only received the rejection letter a couple of days ago. Unfortunately i did not save a copy of what my initial online response was to TFL. I have attached their response which has the gist of what i said initially. Seems like a very long cut and paste response from them !

@DolbyAtmos I'm afraid to say I can't see anything that warrants risking the discount. You could appeal in the hope that they don't provide any evidence of signage, but that would be a big gamble so it might be best to just pay the £90 while you can, the deadline is midnight tonight (29 April).
