Haringey Council PCN for contravention 52(M), No sign of restriction visible

Hello received a PCN. Driving from Broadwater Road turned right onto The Avenue N17. No signs of restrictions are visible. Shall I object? See the PCN

So, to turn right here you would have driven straight past these signs.
