Any advice please on the notorious Churcill way Junction with Bute Terrace, Cardiff.
We never go to Cardiff and set our sat nav to St Davids shopping centre but a nearby road was blocked , no diversion signs!
Anyway ended up on on Churchill way turning right onto Bute Terrace. Ended up with two PCNs one for turning right another for stopping in the junction box.
They have not provided video evidence but state they have it.

cp8759 and mrmustard are true geniuses. I know my place in the hierarchy of The Three Musketeers. 😊 "The Clinician", "The Gentleman" and "The Showman"

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.

@Pete you need to re-post these with the PCN number and number plate visible, we can then get hold of the video for you.
