That's good news and I'm sure I speak for all members in wishing you and your family all the best going forwards.

The council are unlikely to exercise discretion to cancel a correctly issued penalty in the future, so please be particularly cautious whenever you're parking in Waltham Forest.

You certainly speak for me, and my wife of course. IVF is definitely not a process that give calmness of mind !
