47J - Stopped on a restricted bus stop or stand

Dear All,

I received a Penalty Charge Notice on 17/12/2025 from London Borough of Redbridge for briefly stopping to drop a friend on a restricted bus stop. Any luck in making a representation?. Location: High Road, Goodmayes. The PCN No is : AF58395824, Vehicle Registration Number is: LL16FXK.

all sides of the  PCN (only redact yr name & address - leave everything else in),
any council photos/video,(the video is the evidence),

The video quality is too poor to enforce this in my view although it's a parking not a moving traffic contravention.

They'd have to produce diagram/library pics.

GSV link, please. High Road is very long for a virtual drive using GSV to find the bus stop.
