Being in bus lane twice in same place same day
« on: »
Hi,

Two separate PCN are issued to me because I passed the same bus gate twice in the same day, at 14:57 and 16:41. Shall I challenge? Thanks.

Hi.  Se need the documents.  A Bus Lane is completely different from a Bus Gate.  Which is it?

There are "known knowns" which we may never have wished to know. This applies to them. But in the field the idea that there are also "unknown unknowns" doesn't apply as they hide in the aleatoric lottery. I know this is true and need to be prepared knowing the "unknown unknowns" may well apply.
