Hi,

I received a PCN from Greenwich Council for entering into Maze Hill SE10 / Tom Smith Cl SE10. Here is the google maps link.

I was diverted due to roadworks and so following the stream of traffic (as evidenced in the council's provided stills/footage).

I don't recall seeing any signs suggesting it was prohibited for cars, and the evidence they have sent me shows signs going the other way (that I could not possibly have seen until after I had passed them).

Similarly, people who seem to have run into the same problem on this same stretch of road on this forum look like they were travelling in the opposite direction to me.

I have gone down the whole road on Google Maps to see if there were signs I missed but the photos are ancient.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

P.S. I am the blue mini!

All sides of the PCN (only redact yr name & address - leave all else in),
council photos/video,
and
a GSV link to the location.

Thank you for your help. I have modified my original post so that it includes the information and imagery recommended.

I think some tribunal appeals have been won here - check the register - and also Greenwich hasn't been contesting a lot of tribunal cases (or rater, it just fails to provide evidence).

Sorry for my ignorance, but what do you mean when you say 'check the register'?
