Hi All

On 1st November I visited Woodley Town Centre and Parked for 1hr at Crockhamwell Road Car Park, paying via Ringo app

I received a PCN for being 11min late, ie 1min over the grace period. It was my first time there and i took a wrong turn and got late walking back

My Appeal on these grounds was Rejected by Wokingham Council - is it worth taking my appeal to Tribunal with "1 min over the grace feels predatory" defense or whatever you advise?

PCN: CW02723989
Location (Google Maps)

Appeal Rejection Letter (Dropbox Link)

Thank you in Advance

So you got 10 mins grace and think you deserve more?

On the contravention, there looks to be no grounds to take this further other than ask them again to use discretion.

There may be something on the PCN. Post both sides of it. And the Ringgo receipt.

As above, pl post the PCN, both sides.

That the PCN was issued at **** does not mean that it was served then, it had to be printed, signed, placed in an envelope etc. Even less do the PCN's times necessarily align with yours e.g. you could have returned 20 minutes after the PCN was issued.

For me, unless you can evidence the time at which you returned to bolster your plea for mitigation, then you'll* be looking at prospective procedural errors.
