Hi all,

Need some advise please,
I have had PCN notice for entering a bus lane.
The picture supplied only shows the rear passenger wheel bearly over the line if at all.

For meaningful advice have a read of this

https://www.ftla.uk/civil-penalty-charge-notices-(councils-tfl-and-so-on)/read-this-first-before-posting-your-case!-this-section-is-for-council-tfl-dartme/

and please post up all sides of the PCN (only redact name & address, leave all else in) and a GSV lionk to the location.

Also post up a copy of the video, which is the evidence in 'bus lane cases. Instructions for obtaining/viewing the video should be on the PCN.

There are various arguments we can use for Bristol PCNs, starting with the premium rate telephone number argument and we can probably get them for a failure to consider as well.

But as John says, the first step is to post all sides of all pages of the PCN.
