I am appealing the PCN on the following grounds:

1. The video evidence provided does not show any traffic signs allegedly passed which would indicate a contravention. The absence of such signs in the footage undermines the basis for the PCN.

2. The PCN departs from the mandatory wording in that it states you will send an Enforcement Notice if not paid. This clearly fetters discretion and invalidates the PCN.

3. The video shows the vehicle crossing part of the white line. This is de minimis.

In light of the above, please cancel.

@Hippocrates - Changes and omissions have now been made. Do I send this off now or await information regarding the camera?

I have just checked Google.

I would start with inexact locus - there are several bus lanes in this road.

This is total bolleaux/BS. If they send you a Notice to Owner, frame it in the smallest room of your house. They don't even know they must send you an Enforcement Notice!

Hold firm and wait for the next piece of Andrex. Do not pay it please. They have a cheek.

I’m confused as in the past when an appeal has been rejected you have the option to apply to the adjudicator straight away and not wait for notice to owner. Do you think i should contact them to request the A Notice to Appeal form as directed on the London Tribunals website?

Wait for the Enforcement Notice. Next stage in the process. I'll PM you.

A few years ago Redbridge did not even enforce bus lane contraventions. So, they are novices in this regard.  As per my PM, I have a bus lane case on 10th June in which the authority are not attending so they will learn! You can observe via Teams if you wish.
