Thanks for that. The balance on line is £129 which is I think the £9 which should have been paid for entering and the £120 for the PCN.
A charge certificate will be next and the choices are pay up or wait for the next document, the Order for Recovery, and then, provided this is correct, file a declaration that the PCN was not received.
After quite a long time, the conclusion of this. I awaited the order for recovery, then filed a TE9 with the TEC on 8/4/24. Since then I have heard zero from any party. On checking the Bristol City Council PCN site today, the case is closed. It would be nice if either of those parties had actually communicated this!
