Free Traffic Legal Advice

I received a PCN notice as officer claimed he saw my vehicle at 9:38 and then again at 11:50. He has attached photo evidence in the PCN of my vehicle being there at 11:49. But no other evidence was submitted.

The car park has one hour parking with "No return within an hour" restrictions. The officer has no evidence that I had been parked there from 9:38 to 11:50.

How can I appeal this decision if you can help please.

So did you move the car? They usually record valve positions on wheels to show it hasn't moved and it appears the CEO did.

Both those wheel pics are taken at 11:50 but they often record positions manually.
